Questions
The things worth knowing before you pay for anything.
Is there a free trial?
No trial, because you do not need one. Build your real card for free, pick a template, and see exactly how it looks. You subscribe only when you want it live on a public link.
What happens if I cancel?
Your card stays live until the end of the period you already paid for, then it goes offline. Nothing is deleted. Your card, links, and analytics stay exactly as they were, and resubscribing puts it back with no republish step.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, either direction, from your billing page. Time you have already paid for is credited against the new period, so you are never charged twice for the same days.
Can a company change plan later?
Yes, up or down from the dashboard, and the difference is prorated. A downgrade is blocked while you have more active cards than the smaller plan allows, so nobody's card disappears without you deciding it should.
Do employees need their own subscription?
No. The company subscription covers every employee card in the organization. Employees can claim their card and edit it themselves without paying anything.
What counts as a seat?
One seat is one active employee card. Deactivating someone's card frees their seat again, and their handle can be reused for whoever replaces them.
